Almost every school calendar tool — Google Calendar, Outlook, your MIS, your website — can produce an iCalendar (ICS) feed. Paste the link in once and Ask.School takes it from there.
SOCS feeds supported, including fixtures
If your school uses SOCS for the school calendar or sports fixtures, we connect to those directly. Match results, kick-off times, away venues — the chatbot can answer about all of it.
Refreshed every day
Your calendars are checked once a day, automatically. A change in the calendar shows up in the chatbot's answers the next morning, without anyone in the office lifting a finger.

Find your calendar feed URL
Most calendar tools have a 'subscribe' or 'iCal feed' option that gives you a long URL. SOCS users will have a feed URL from their SOCS dashboard.

Add the feed to Ask.School
Paste the URL into the calendars page, give it a name (Term Dates, 1st XV Fixtures, Drama Club, whatever) and pick which audiences and sites should see it.
