- How is pricing calculated?
- Pricing is £69 per month base fee plus £1.20 per student per year, with a minimum of 200 students. All subscriptions are billed annually.
- Is there a free trial?
- All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
- Can I add more students later?
- Yes. You can update your student count at any time from your billing settings. Increases take effect immediately. Decreases take effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no penalties or waiting periods for scaling up or down.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept purchase orders and invoice payments — the way most schools and trusts prefer to pay. We also accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
